Interview of Michael Levitron, owner of Persephone

Since I joined BigBad in early June, my new coworkers have introduced me to Persephone for after-work drinks. I thought that you might be interested in reading this interview by the Boston Food & Whine blog of Michael Levitron, the owner of Persephone. The mantra: "local, sustainable food."
